Fields: Choose Detail Display Field
Choose Detail Display Field lets you specify the search field that you want to configure. The search fields that you can choose from are those which have been previously associated with this detail display.

When you configure fields for a detail display, you must refresh the Discovery administrator database metadata cache in the Discovery server application. When you make any change to the detail display, the changes will not be reflected to the patron in Searching until the metadata cache is refreshed. Detail Display Name
Displays the name of the detail display for which you are configuring search fields.
Search Field
Specifies the search field that you want to configure. The search fields that you can choose from are those which have been previously associated with this detail display. For more information about how to associate search fields to a detail display, see Adding or editing a detail display.
